Qigong at Unit 4 in Brighton has restarted:

The Monday morning Qigong class at Unit 4 in Brighton has resumed. It runs from 9.45-11.00 a.m. every Monday and with a maximum of 8 people per class to enable social distancing. Contact me if you would like to book a place in this class (or phone/text the number above). This class can also be accessed online via Zoom.

Online Qigong classes:

There are also currently 3 online Qigong classes each week:
Mondays at 9.45am, or Tuesdays and Fridays at 10.00am, all 75 minutes.

When you use the link there is usually no need to sign up to Zoom. You can use the app or attend via your usual browser.

Qigong in the Park:

Qigong in the Park runs weekly on most Saturdays from 10-11.15a.m. at Preston Park, Brighton on the lawn at the back of Preston Manor. The last class of the year will be on Saturday 25th September 2021.
Also one to one Qigong/Taiji sessions are available, weather permitting, taking place at any park around Brighton and on a donation only basis. Contact me for further details.
