Qigong at Unit 4 in Brighton restarting soon:
Monday morning Qigong classes will resume at Unit 4 in Brighton when the lockdown restrictions are lifted from Monday 17th of May. It will be from 9.45-11.00 a.m. every Monday and with a maximum of 6 people per class to enable social distancing. Contact me if you would like to book a place in this class (or phone/text the number above). This class can also be accessed online via Zoom. No classes on Mondays 31st May and 7th June 2021.

Mondays at 9.45am, or Tuesdays and Fridays at 10.00am, all 75 minutes.

Qigong in the Park will start again on Saturday 3rd April running weekly most Saturdays from 10-11.15a.m. at Preston Park, Brighton.
Also one to one Qigong/Taiji sessions are available, weather permitting, taking place at any park around Brighton and on a donation only basis. Contact me for further details.
