Qigong at Unit 4 in Brighton:

Monday morning Qigong class at Unit 4 in Brighton has resumed. It runs from 9.45-11.00 a.m. every Monday and with a maximum of 8 people per class to enable social distancing. Contact me if you would like to book a place in this class (or phone/text the number above). This class can also be accessed online via Zoom.
Monday 1st August class is on the lawn at the back of Preston Manor, Preston Park, Brighton.
No class Monday 29th August 2022. 

Online Qigong classes:

There are also currently 3 online Qigong classes each week:
Mondays at 9.45am, or Tuesdays and Fridays at 10.00am, all 75 minutes.

When you use the link there is usually no need to sign up to Zoom. You can use the app or attend via your usual browser.
No experience necessary. Optional donations only for Zoom classes by Paypal to

Qigong in the Park:

Qigong in the Park runs weekly on most Saturdays from 10-11.15a.m. at Preston Park, Brighton on the lawn at the back of Preston Manor from April/May until the end of September. On Saturday 6th August the class will be in St. Ann’s Well Gardens in the sensory garden next to the Somerville Rd entrance. No classes  Saturday 27th August or Saturday 3rd September 2022. 
Also one to one Qigong/Taiji sessions are available, weather permitting, taking place at any park around Brighton and on a donation only basis. Contact me for further details.
